We identify when a cost segregation study pays off, coordinate the engineering study and work with your CPA so accelerated depreciation improves the after-tax return from year one.

Single Agent Representation
Through our licensed brokerage affiliate, we act as your single agent, exclusively on your side of the transaction, with full fiduciary duties under Florida law. Never for both parties.
